What this site collects, and what it does not.

This website sets no cookies of any kind. It runs no analytics product, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no fingerprinting. Nothing is stored in your browser, so there is no consent banner to click through and nothing to opt out of. Every asset is served from this site’s own address, so reading a page sends your browser to no other company.

The site collects personal information in exactly two places, and both of them are forms you choose to fill in: the contact form and the appointment booking form. If you never submit either one, the only record of your visit is the ordinary server log described below.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request in order to serve it and to protect the site from attack and abuse. That includes your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser and operating system as reported by your browser, and the approximate location Cloudflare derives from your IP address. This processing happens whether or not you interact with anything.

The site’s own code writes short operational log entries — for example, that a contact submission was accepted or rejected — which are retained by Cloudflare’s logging for a limited period and used only for troubleshooting.

Your browser contacts no one else. Every file a page needs — including the two typefaces — is served from this site’s own address. There is no font service, no content delivery network beyond the host itself, no embedded video, no social media widget, and no advertising code. Reading this site tells no third party that you were here.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and your message. When you submit it, that information is emailed to OK Computer LLC and is not stored in any database, customer platform, or mailing list.

The notification email also includes the technical context of the submission: the time it arrived, the IP address it came from, the approximate city and region derived from that address, the page that referred you, and your browser’s user-agent string. This is included so that a fraudulent or abusive submission can be identified, and it sits in the same mailbox as the message itself.

To keep automated spam out, the form includes a hidden field that a real person never sees and never fills in, ignores submissions that arrive impossibly fast, and limits how many times the same connection may submit. These checks look only at the submission itself and at your IP address; the rate-limit record is transient and holds no message content.

If you send a message, the resulting email is kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as there is a reason to keep it, in the same way as any other email from a prospective or current client.

Booking an appointment sends your name, email address, phone number, chosen service, chosen time, your time zone, and anything you type into the notes field to Microsoft Bookings, where the appointment record is created and stored. Microsoft — not this website — then emails you a confirmation.

For on-site services, the form also asks for the street address where the work is to be performed, because the appointment is meaningless without it. That address is stored with the appointment in Microsoft Bookings.

Appointment records are retained in Microsoft Bookings as part of OK Computer’s business records. If you would like an appointment record removed, ask and it will be deleted.

You can ask what personal information OK Computer holds about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call 405-252-9691 or use the contact details on the contact page. Requests are handled by the owner directly rather than by a ticket queue, and you will get an answer within thirty days.

There is no marketing list to unsubscribe from. Because the site sets no cookies and runs no trackers, browser-level signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing on this site to act upon.

Some records cannot be deleted on request where there is a legal or accounting obligation to keep them — invoices and tax records, for example. Where that applies, you will be told which records are affected and why.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and OK Computer does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen.

Everything on this site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. That protects data in transit. No website can promise absolute security, and this one does not.

This policy covers this website only. Work performed for clients under a services agreement is governed by that agreement, which is where client data handling, confidentiality, and access to client systems are addressed. Third-party sites linked from this site — including everything in the cyber resource center — have their own privacy policies and are not covered here.
